Cisco MINT, or Mentored Install Network Training, combines two of Flint SI’s biggest strengths: professional services and learning services. Cisco MINT engagements are mentored deployments in Cisco partners’ or customers’ environments, where engineers get hands-on training while working on live deployments in a familiar environment.
The biggest benefit for the customer? Your engineers learn by doing and by shadowing an expert who shares best practices with them. When a MINT deployment ends, your engineers will be capable of running the solution on their own, drawing on the knowledge and experience gathered through the MINT project.
